These terms govern your use of the Shortloop Media website (shortloopmedia.com, "the Site") and describe the operation of Shortloop Media's internal publishing tool ("the Tool").
Shortloop Media is an independent short-form video studio operated by a single individual. It publishes original, human-reviewed video content to its own channels on platforms such as YouTube.
The Site is informational. It offers no user accounts, no purchases, no uploads, and collects no visitor data (see our Privacy Policy). You may browse the Site for lawful purposes. All Site content is owned by Shortloop Media unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
The Tool is an internal, self-hosted application used solely by its owner to produce and publish Shortloop Media's own content and to read statistics about Shortloop Media's own accounts. It is not offered as a service, is not accessible to the public, and has no third-party users. No provision of these terms grants anyone a right to access or use the Tool.
Content we publish on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube) is governed by those platforms' own terms. The Tool's use of platform APIs complies with the applicable API terms of service, including the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Our use of Google API data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shortloop Media is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site. Video content we publish is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version at this URL with an updated date.
