Shortloop Media operates an internal, self-hosted content-management tool ("the Tool") used to produce and publish original short-form videos to Shortloop Media's own accounts on platforms including YouTube. This policy describes what data the Tool handles.

Who uses the Tool

The Tool is operated by a single individual (its owner). It is not offered to, or usable by, any third party. No third-party accounts can connect to it.

What data the Tool accesses and stores

Google API Services

The Tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data (our own channel and video data) is used solely to operate our own channels: uploading our videos, setting their metadata, and reading their performance statistics. It is never sold, transferred, or used for advertising, and is retained only as long as operationally needed.

Data sharing

No data is shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party, except the platform APIs themselves (e.g., YouTube) as necessary to publish our content to our own accounts.

Data deletion

All stored data can be deleted by the owner at any time by revoking the OAuth grants (e.g., at myaccount.google.com/permissions) and deleting the Tool's database.
